Welcome to the One Window to National Environmental Reporting System (OWNERS) Web site. To launch the application, please login or register by clicking the button in the left menu bar.

OWNERS is an on-line reporting mechanism used by Environment Canada, provincial and municipal governments and private sector organizations to collect environmental data from industry. It was developed in response to industry requests to streamline and simplify environmental reporting requirements. OWNERS also provides a platform for government to collect environmental information in a more timely, efficient and cost-effective manner, and to improve the quality and accuracy of data. The system is secure and easy to use.

OWNERS is aligned with Environment Canada's goal to harmonize and streamline data collection initiatives. This will decrease the reporting burden on Canadian businesses while improving compliance with Canadian environmental regulations thus increasing the accuracy and timeliness of data collection.
