Please click the OWNERS II button above if you are a facility who meets the NPRI requirements for reporting on tailings and waste rock for 2006-2009. You will be redirected to epass and Environment Canada's new on-line reporting sytem which consists of two components: Secure Services where you will report and manage your company's information; and OWNERS II where you will report the specific information on tailings and waste rock. This new on-line reporting tool is currently being used for the new NPRI tailings and waste rock requirements and the reporting of 2009 greenhouse gas (GHG) information under Environment Canada’s GHG Emissions Reporting Program.

In order to use either version of OWNERS, your system must meet the minimum requirements and settings. Please review this list before getting started.

Forgotten User ID or Password?
If you have forgotten your Epass Canada User ID or Password to log-in to OWNERS and cannot recover them using your recovery questions, you will need to register for a new Epass and then click here to request access to historical data of facilities you are reporting for.
