Program Information

Five federal, provincial, municipal and industry programs have joined OWNERS to take advantage of the increased efficiencies and reduced costs of gathering environmental information on-line. They are:

• National Pollutant Release Inventory (NPRI)
• Ontario Ministry of the Environment - Ontario Regulation 127/01 (O. Reg. 127/01)
• Alberta Environment - Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act (EPEA)
• Chemistry Industry Association of Canada - National Emissions Reduction Masterplan (NERM) Survey
• Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment (CCME) - National Framework for Petroleum Refinery Emission Reductions (NFPRER)
